The cork backing on the Core-Tec Plus products provides added warmth, comfort and insulation, making the floor naturally resistant to odor-causing mold and mildew. Core-Tec can be installed in wet areas and can be mopped without damaging the floor. This is a very dimensionally stable product that will not expand or contract in temperature and seasonal changes.
